88 Dubost Court, Danville. A green thumb’s dream! Every inch of this flat, quarter acre lot is beautifully manicured year-round! No detail was left undone and the buyers were fighting each other in the street to get their hands on the keys to this downtown Danville rancher! 

144 Dartmouth Place, Benicia. As if the views and darling family-friendly neighborhood weren’t enough, pretty much every inch of this house was built by the hands of the owner and his dad. Sweat equity turned life changing sale price, this was a truly special sale. 

200 Joaquin Drive, Danville. In a climate where you pay for the weather, you must have a backyard that doubles as your primary living space. 464 Oakshire Place, Alamo. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and since this view has always left me speechless, I will leave it at that! 

530-532 Alhambra Street, Crockett. She is beauty, she is grace! She is OLD (in a historic way) and Charm is her first, middle and last name! There is something so special about this Victorian looking out on the Carquinez Strait and we are in love with every restored detail on the inside and outside! If the walls could talk…

1201 Henrietta Street, Martinez. Some people are in to brand new and modern, but old school with character has our hearts! This downtown charmer has so many nostalgic features and is the perfect crossover in an area that is up and coming! 

3179 Vittoria Loop, Dublin. From the moment the photos reached the world wide web, our phones were blowing up wondering who our stagers are… our stagers are amazing, but this one is 100% the owners’ style and stuff! To have this eye for design, simply: WOW! 

4161 Chaucer Drive, Concord. So nice, we sold it twice! This house jumped right off of the pages of a storybook and is the epitome of CUTE! Fun fact: this was our most popular listing ever and still holds the record for the highest sale price in the neighborhood!
